Smell is the strongest of the human senses, triggering memories much quicker than any other sense. To remind customers of the great taste of Old Wisconsin, we are hanging parchment posters in our smokehouse before placing them inside of grocery store display freezer doors. One whiff of that hardwood-smoked goodness and shoppers will be carried away to good times and great food, making it extremely difficult to pass the summer sausage display without grabbing their own package of Old Wisconsin!
